Whether you are studying, managing a family or just unable to commit to work every day, joining our flexible bank team will allow you to work on the days that suit your lifestyle, as much or as little as you can.
As one of our valued bank staff team members, you can enjoy flexible working whilst gaining valuable knowledge and experience of the Early Years sector.
What we are looking for:
We’re looking for enthusiastic team players, who are always ready to join in or carry out any task to help the team and create fun, engaging environments for the children in our care.
Bank staff provide cover and assistance on various shifts. Our setting is open from 7:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday, so shifts will be between these times. A bank role is a flexible, zero hours contract.
As a bank team member, you will provide cover within all rooms, gaining valuable experience with all age ranges.
You can be qualified or unqualified in childcare, have experience in a nursery or simply love helping children learn.
You may be a student looking to earn extra funds, without the commitment of permanent work.
You may be a qualified practitioner not looking for permanent work.
You may be a qualified practitioner wanting to work in a few settings before making a decision about your future.

Hours of Work
As a bank team member you have the option of working flexibly to suit your requirements. See below for some examples of the hours we offer which can be fixed or flexible pattern each week to suit you.
Lunchtime cover 11.00am - 2.00pm three or four days each week.
Mornings 07.30am - 1.00pm two, three or four days each week
Afternoons 12.00pm - 5.30pm two, three or four days each week
School Days 9.00am - 3.00pm three or four days each week
Full Days 8 hours between 7.30am - 5.30pm two, three or four days each week
