How Fees and Funding Work
We offer clear, all-in monthly fees based on the days your child attends each week, designed to make childcare costs easy to understand and budget for. Where families are eligible for funding, this is already built into the monthly prices shown below, so you can see your actual cost upfront with no calculations needed.
We spread your funding entitlement evenly across the year (not just term time), so every week benefits from the free hours.
15 hrs funding = 11.4 hours per week
30 hrs funding = 22.8 hours per week
Each week, free hours are used first, starting from your child’s first session of attendance. Any additional paid hours are then included within the same monthly fee and calculated using our tiered hourly rates.
Our Everything Covered Plan is calculated by combining your free hours, additional paid hours, meals and activities into one discounted monthly price, rather than charging for each element separately. This gives a single, predictable monthly cost, often working out significantly cheaper than paying for each element separately.
Please see below for our all inclusive monthly prices. Full day sessions are 0730 - 1730 and half day sessions are 0730 - 1300 or 1300 - 1730. The charges above for additional hours, meals and activities are optional. Funded hours are always available free of charge and you can opt in or out of additional services. You can choose exactly the elements you want depending on your needs, nothing is mandatory beyond the sessions you book.
Before choosing individual options, we recommend checking whether our Everything Covered Plan offers better value for the sessions you require, as it combines the free hours, additional paid hours, meals and activities into a single discounted monthly price.
