Fees and Funding Information

Effective April 2025

The government offers several funded childcare schemes to help reduce costs for families. While the funding does not usually mean childcare is completely free, the amount you pay will be significantly reduced. The following options are currently available to families, please contact us for further information.

Universal Funded Childcare

All children aged 3 and 4 are entitled to 15 hours of free childcare per week, for 38 weeks each year. Funding starts from the term after your child’s 3rd birthday and continues until they start school. This provides up to 570 funded hours per year.

Working Families Funding

Eligible working families can receive up to 30 hours of free childcare per week, for 38 weeks each year. Funding starts from the term after your baby has reached nine months and provides up to 1,140 funded hours per year.

Supported Childcare

Some 2-year-olds may receive 15 hours of free childcare each week, for 38 weeks each year. They may be eligible if parents receive certain benefits or if a child has Disability Living Allowance or an Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plan.

Tax-free Childcare

This scheme that helps with childcare costs up to a maximum of £2,000 for each child, each year. For every 80p paid into the Tax-Free Childcare account, the government will add an extra 20p, reducing monthly childcare costs by a further £166.

Everything Covered Plan

Choose this plan if you need more hours than your funding provides.

Just 15 Plan

Designed for families using the 15 hours Universal or Supported funding, who do not wish to purchase extra hours, meals or enrichments. We deliver 15 hours per week for 38 weeks (570 hours per year).

Choose this plan if you only need your child to attend for their free hours.

Just 30 Plan

Available to families eligible for 30 hours Working Families funding who do not wish to purchase extra hours, meals or enrichments. Free hours are stretched, providing 22 hrs 48 mins per week (1140 hours per year).

Choose this plan if you only want to use your 30 hours, with no extras.

Essentials 15 / 30 Plan

This plan can be selected alongside the Just 15 / 30 plans and cover food and enrichment charges. Pricing varies depending on how free hours are booked. If extra hours are needed, please see Everything Covered Plan.

Choose this plan if you want to add meals or services to a free place.
