Q. How long does a showround last?
A. Our tours typically take around 30-45 minutes.
Q. Can I bring my child?
A. We recommend that you bring your child along and encourage them to interact with the other children and staff. It great opportunity for you to see how they respond to the nursery environment, particularly if they have not attended a setting before.
Q. How do I gain access to HMS Collingwood?
A. Due to our eligibility criteria, one parent must either be serving personnel, an MOD civil servant or contractor. We understand the other parent may not have a pass so we are able to book you in at the gate. Please ensure you bring photo ID with you for the booking in process.
Q. What should I bring?
A. Just yourself and any questions you may have!
Q. Do I need to book an appointment?
A. Yes. This ensures we can set some time aside to give you a personal tour and avoid times that may disrupt the children's play and learning.
